@Courtney M. I've been hearing great things about the REIA Meetup in Riverside. Thanks for the info.

@Tim Puffer I thought wholesaling would be a good way to get my feet wet, and provide with the capital to exercise different strategies once I get some experience.

Hello BP Community,

I am a new wholesaler located in the Inland Empire of Southern California. A little bit about me; I played a couple years of football in college and graduated from the Florida A&M University. Currently I work in the accounting industry, but have been itching to break into the real estate investor world for a while. To start the stratey I will be employing is "Wholesaling".

I will be the first to admit I have been a habitual lurker in the forums and podcast, and have soaked up tons of valuable information (I love the fact its for free). Now its time to take some action.

I'd love to network and would appreciate any tips or advise there is to offer.
