Yeah from what I've seen, multi family homes are cheaper, and would require double maintenance, but i think if they bring in almost double the rent, I don't know that I'd ever worry about selling them.

Hello everyone, my name is Jared. I am 21, and would really like to escape the chains of my desk job before 30. Early retirement has become an obsession and I religiously listen to Brandon and Josh's podcasts. Would like to buy and hold multi family rentals, but know basically nothing about landlording. Hoping to learn and figure stuff out! :)
