I work as a financial advisor helping people maximize their financial situations as far as retirement planning, life insurance, etc. and have dabbled in real estate as far as conventional lending goes, but the creative/investing side has always interested me, so I'm learning...

I'm also working with a buyer who is in the REO/NPN market and thus also getting the ropes on this type of investing...

I'm looking to help my buyer close 10+ deals in the next year which I believe is tangible and also start doing SFR investing myself...
