I'm looking for a 30 year mortgage for my first deal. After getting my first investment property and getting the ins and outs under my belt then OPM might be an option.

Hey,

I'm looking to buy a multifamily in the Bangor or Waterville Maine area to house hack. I current live in Massachusetts and would love to move out of the state. Does anyone have a suggestion on what bank to use for a mortgage? Also do you need to be pre approved before a real estate agent will work with you?

Thanks in advance.
