 So I have a question about a company called fund and grow so what I’ve read they opened business credit cards under your EIM number and then use that to purchase investment properties has anyone use them if you have could you let me know And would you use them again thanks for your time

just want to know if any one knows any good property managers in Columbus ohio or any realtors that would know the good and bad areas and has any experience dealing with new out of state investors thanks for any info.

hi david my name is jared and be interested in real estate for a very short time. Try to learn as much as I can at the same time. Working a full time job and trying to remodel my home get a cash out refinance for investment property. So I will try to make the meeting on Wednesday hope to learn a lot thanks.

I am also very new to all this so I really don't no the right answer but I would talk to a cpa and a book keeper to get some answers about money transfer and paper work don't give up sounds like your got the ball rolling

thanks for info that's what I was thinking a smaller bank may say different. Its was wells fargo that said if it was moved twice then they cant refinance.

hi names jared very new to investing have a question can I get a cash out refinance on my double wide if it has been move two times. It was a repo in very good condition  then I bought the home  I also own my land the house sets on any kind of info well help.

Hello, looking for someone to help me complete this task. I am looking to get a heloc. I own my land free and clear and I owe 46k on my manufactured home its a double wide. Bank is wanting the land and home to be one entity but the mortgage company will not release title. They say I must have both under one deed but I must have a release of title to get under one deed any suggestions
