Post: Adding storage units to unused outbuilding

I am currently in the process of closing on my first rental property, a house hack triplex. The property has a very large detached garage (roughly 1800 sq ft). I would like to build storage units into the garage as the tenants have no desire to park in there. I am wondering if anyone knows of any storage unit kits or something similar to install rather then custom building everything. Any other thoughts and ideas are welcome as well! Thank you

Hello BiggerPockets community,

I currently have my first investment deal under contract (a house hacking triplex), and due to a couple of factors we had to pivot from a basic FHA loan into a 203k loan in order to complete some repairs before we can get in. I was wondering if there were a few contractors in the Pierce County area that are familiar with the 203k process and how it works and any other advice that anyone might deem useful. Thank you!

Puget Sound area investors,

I am an inexperienced investor, and am looking for someone that I can work with and learn from. I am offering my time in exchange for experience. I am willing to help in any part of your business operations in order for me to gain real world experiences. I work a typical M-F 8-5 job so I am available nights and weekends. Please message me if this is something that interests you, I am looking mostly for wholesales and buy and hold investors. Thank you!

Hello all, my name is Jared Heinen and I recently moved with my wife from Omaha, Nebraska to Tacoma, Washington. I am mostly involved with wholesaling and I am looking to network with some local investors to help me get my business off the ground in this unfamiliar territory. Also, I am always looking for good advice and books to read! I look forward to getting to know not only the area, but also some of you.

Cheers,

Jared

My name is Jared and I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I am 25 years old and am a delivery service driver. I am also engaged to a beautiful, smart nurse named Kim who also has an interest in real estate. My experience in real estate is very limited as I have not yet done a deal, but I have spent the last few months investing in my education first. I enjoy reading, watching, and listening about real estate and am always looking for new sources. I am very excited about the possibilities with real estate. I look forward to being my own boss and being financially free.
