BP Family. Any help would be appreciated. Recently, I was re-united with a colleague, we both worked at a major Ibuyer, both in acquisitions. We have a good understanding of acquisitions, but wanted to get more into connecting institutional buyers or funds, with sellers at scale, focusing on volume of deals per month. We know who the big players are, Invitation Homes, AH4R, Progress, Tricon, the list goes on and on. We feel we are best positioned to help smaller to mid-size groups, where they are trying to acquire 10-30+ homes per month. The question is, where are those small to mid-size institutional buyers?
