Andrew...I heard once of a guy having his mother living in his FHA property. I assumed the bank knew and it was cleared. The was in a large forum that he discussed this. Is there something that we may be overlooking? I want to stay on the right side of business. Just looking for all options. Anyone know of anything we are overlooking?

What would you offer in this situation if I'm not sure if we are moving to Dallas yet, but we do want to buy the property?

Thank you again.

Hello....

My husband and I are looking to secure an FHA loan for a property in Texas (Dallas). We live in LA. This is our first FHA loan. I'm not sure if we can live there yet or not. If his sister were to live there for the full season period plus, does that still qualify us for the loan? Any advice would be great?

Does it make a difference if we get a single family or duplex in this equation also?

Thank you!

I would be down for a meetup in the new year. If people are getting together to talk real estate, would love to join.
