Ryan Landis thanks for the info! I have buyers ready to go, but just waiting to get my license in mail so I can register with MLS etc. I have a lot of drive and hopefully that will help me to get this going! My broker at the moment is small, (not helpful at all) so I'm debating switching. I'm trying to see if a group may be better right now. I need to pm you and ask your opinion on something.

I'm wanting to be successful for sure. Not necessarily to do it for investing . Yes I'd be great with full time. I have time to put my all into it.

I'm a new agent in Utah. I received my license last week! I am curious about brokers. I've had so many calls, but I can't decide between a small and large broker. Also, I'm wondering if joining a group is better for me just to get started, and then go off on my own later. If anyone needs a new agent :-) please call me! Ha ha

I did Praedo. Finished it in 3 weeks then took my exam a month later. You will need to pay membership fees and have a broker to access MLS. I'm happy to look on the MLS for you! I would love to have someone help me out getting started in this industry by giving me business, then I can help you. If I found something for you, then maybe you could pay me a small minimal fee. I'd be happy to look constantly for you with new leads. Just an idea.

I just got my license last week! How about giving a newbie with lots of fire and motivation a try! 😊
I just passed the exam last week! I did it on the first try, and I insist that it is because of doing all of the different practice tests available to you. I also went on YouTube and listened to Alot of videos on different topics such as contracts, void/voidable, agencies, and so on! I swear it's because of all of those that I passed with flying colors.

I am just getting into the real estate market and will have my license on march 2. If anyone would be willing to have faith in a new agent and have patience (ha ha) Id love anyone to just help me out with any business small or large.  In return, maybe my license can be of some type of help to you. I have so so so many people I want to prove myself to. 😂😂😂

Hey everyone! I live in alpine, Utah. I want to get into wholesaling myself. I will be a licensed Real Estate Agent on march 2. Ha ha. (That's the day I take the test) I am wondering if anyone is in need of a realtor for any of this wholesaling stuff. Maybe you get your buyer and do all the work, but I can help you find deals? I will be paying to become a member of the MLS. Maybe that can be a benefit to some of you? I want to work hard but sometimes becoming a realtor can be a rough start. I would love to see some money early on, so I don't get discouraged. Plus learning about wholesaling would be very interesting. Maybe we can make a deal?
