I have a question for everyone whether you are an investor who plans on renting out your property or one who plans on flipping a home that you have rehabbed.

Would you guys be willing to or do you think it is a good investment to add solar panels to your properties for the value increase to the home, the efficiency, and to add as a sales point? Or do you guys feel it isn’t worth it?

Or even for your personal home?

On average the cost to install is $10-18k in materials.

The increase in home value can go up to $14-15k or 4.1% compared to homes without solar panels with $9,274 being the median value of increase for homes in the US.

So what do you guys think?

I am a wholesaler out of Houston, Tx also doing some deals in San Antonio, Tx. I usually deal with properties ranging from $25,000-$150,000 most being on the lower end and in various areas throughout Houston. If this range is of interest to you or you have something you are looking for feel free to leave your contact information and I will gladly add you to my list of buyers. I am very honest and straight forward with numbers and information regarding all my properties to make things as simple as possible for everyone so feel free to connect with me.

This property has tenants currently and would provide instant income if purchased. It is in fairly decent shape nothing necessarily needed at the moment clearly as it is occupied but could be updated.

Available property:

Rents: $800/month

Rehab: $5,000

Price: $37,000

Deposit: $2,000

Close Date: April 21, 2017

Great Price. Good Area. Instant Income. Low Rehab Cost.

Pictures can be provided. I have other properties also.
