Hi,

As a non us resident I have now 2 properties and would like to expand my investments. A Non recourse loan is okay but the down payments (40%) and interest are high (8%). I am looking for betters ways to invest.

• Is their a possibility to have a FHA loan from a US resident and

transfer that loan to my LLC?

- Witch guarantees and legal obligations are their involved.

- What kind of incentive you advise me for convincing the the us resident to this?

Thanks

Jan

Hi all,

I bought my first investment property in 2018 as a cash deal in Indianapolis and the second one I bought in Kansas this year with a 30 year mortgage (6,75%), now should I pay off sooner the mortgage or should I use my cash in order to buy a new investment property?

I don’t have a credit score, as I am from Europe and so no fico score.

I do invest in US, I have 2 investment properties, cash deals in an LLC. They are cash flowing great:

Asset 1 doing 775$

Asset 2 doing 1150$

Now I would need finance in order to grow my portfolio.

Please advise.

Jan

Thanks

Jan

I am a active real estate investor sinds 2017.

I am Dutch citizen, so a non US resident, no SSN, no credit score, the banks won't give FHA loans.

I want to grow my business and need funding. Can anyone advise?

Hi all,

I am a active real estate investor sinds 2017. I have bought 2 assets cash flowing each $700 per month.

I am a Dutch citizen investor, so a non US resident, No SNN, no credit score, I the banks won't lend for a FHA loans.

I want to grow my business and need funding. Can anyone advise me?

@Morgan Porter.

You are absolutely right to use the equity

Of the investment property I 100% own, but for me is a bit of a challenge, due to the fact that I am a non US resident I cannot apply for a loan. So only private finance or hard money loans. Or do you have any other idea?

@Nicholas Aiola

Hi Nicholas, i just booked a call on Thursday to talk to you about real estate tax and CPA issues.

All the best,

Jan

I own a investment property that is 100%

Owned by my LLC after paying back the loan.

Now the property in Indianapolis is cash flowing $700 per month. Is this tax free?
