Thanks for the quick responses. Ultimately, I'm looking at transitioning into this role full time and developing my own self sustaining business that provides a comfortable life style. I'm trying to figure out the steps to take and a realistic timeline to get to that point. For now, I will continue working full time as I put together the plan and begin looking for my first property.
