Hello, Bigger Pockets community!
I'm Jansen, relatively new to real estate and currently living in Santa Fe, NM. By day, I work in the government sector at Los Alamos National Laboratory, but I’m passionate about building my real estate portfolio. I’m on my second property, which is my current home. My first venture was a fix-and-flip turned rental in Angel Fire, NM.
I'm eager to dive deeper into real estate investing and am especially interested in adding more investment properties in the Santa Fe area. A friend introduced me to Bigger Pockets, and I'm grateful for the resource. I'm really excited about the BRRRR strategy, and my goal is to focus on mid- to long-term rentals as I grow.
