I am wondering what is the price of the property, as we need to know  the initial investment amount in order to calculate the cash on cash return.

I assume that you are investing for the appreciation, so as long as you can maintain positive cash flow, it seems to be good deal.

Hello,

I am new to investing in US and would like to get some advice on what state/area to start. I look to start in buy-hold and wholesaling residential homes, then move into commercial properties.

Appreciate any advice on what state/area to start.

Thanks.
