Quote from @Brian Cords:

Hello! We’re looking for an investor-friendly agent in St. Louis, MO (and surrounding counties on the MO side of the river). TIA!!

Hi Brian! I'm an investor too and I worked with @David Ounanian and his team and so far I closed 2 properties in the last 6 weeks and it's been awesome. I highly recommend him. 👍

Thanks Michael! I appreciate your response. I'll send you a DM.

Hi Nathan! Thanks for the response! Good to hear from a fellow investor from the Bay Area too.

Hi Dan! Thanks for the response. I will get in touch with David then to keep the ball rolling. What are your experiences and thoughts on STL market? Would love to hear from someone who's way ahead of me and is an expert on his own backyard. Thanks!

There are some warzones there so you will want trusted people to make sure you know what you are buying. PM me if you want some direct connections.

Thanks Ryan! I sent you a PM. I am really motivated in building my team for my 2022 STL Portfolio.

Hello Biggerpockets! Me and my wife are planning to invest in St Louis, Missouri. We have family down there and we did a little bit of research on the area (but tips and experiences of successful investors will be highly appreciated and of great help).

We are looking to build our team in STL as we are highly motived to start our first rental portfolio in 2022: realtor, PM, contractor & lender.

We are set for small multifamily homes (duplex to fourplex) that will generate us cashflow (but we are not closing our doors for SFHs) that we can do light to moderate fix/reno to increase value.

Areas we are interested in: South City, North County

New and seasoned investors even those who are still just looking to invest in the area, let's exchange ideas! Local RE professionals, let's do business and send referrals our way.

Thanks! :)

Jan
