@Jake E.  Lucky for me the land is located just south of my own acreage.  So I already knew what it was worth and what it will go for once I fix the easement.  Out where I live (78264) land is going for $10k to 25k per acre depending on utilities.  Little .14 to .20 acre lots in town are usually wholesale priced less than $4k to $7k depending on the zip code.  Tobin Hill, Dignowity, Alamo Heights, etc, are definitely a lot higher.  If you want help with a particular zip code, you are more than welcome to ask.  As far as getting them from the struck off sale?  Some are good and some are a real pain therefore the reason they are struck off.  Don't get fooled by the list.  Hope this helps.
