thank you Jon 230.77 biweekly makes more scene.  The rent for the year would equal to 6000.00 per year.

It was discussed verbally that 250.00 would be paid twice monthly. The agreement just states 500.00 per month. Now he is saying verbally he wants to rent everything 2 weeks.  There is nothing in the lease agreement stating biweekly or bimonthly.

I am a tenant.  My landlord is wanting me to pay $250.00 every 2 weeks

So if there is and extra week in that month he wants me to pay 250.00 × 3 =750.00

Rent is paid biweekly.  How much should you pay every month if there is an extra week in that month . Rent payment is 500.00 a month

Rent is 500.00 monthly.  If paying biweekly.  How much is due each month when there's an extra week in that month
