I appreciate your responses and I couldn't agree more, also would you recommend putting the LLC through a Trust? I'm only Wholesaling properties for now before I consider fix and flips. I closed on my 1st deal today which was a JV and I assigned it and I was asked to provide a OA however I'm sure when I do not assign the next deal an OA will be needed correct?

How do I create a JV Agreement?

Thank you for your advise and I use to be a member of GAREIA and I was working with someone and they left me high and dry. Built me up then in a blink of an eye shot me down. Very disappointed!
