I need a plumber in Garden City, MI. We are dewinterizibg a bank owned property and it needs a new main valve and some other leaks fixed as well. Not happy as this was not in the budget but I keep my chin up and forge ahead.

Three years ago I posted something on Facebook that I wrote and it came up as a memory today about WRITING DOWN YOUR DREAMS and working toward them a bit every day. I have a full-time job but I took my own advice and started to listen to Youtube videos of Brandon Turner and Clayton Morris every day about Real Estate Investing. I listen every day!! I have my feet wet and just closed my first flip! It made a good profit! Whatever you are dreaming about my advice to you is to PRAY, PRAY, PRAY, then LEARN, LEARN, LEARN, and then JUMP!!!! Start today with whatever it is that gets you excited. It is most likely your calling, your anointing, your grace for your place in this world. If I can pray, learn, and then jump anyone can!!!!

I am buying a home cash for roughly 90,000.00 cash. After closing costs and rehab I will have 115,000.00 into the property and the property will be worth roughly 135,000.00. At that point I will rent it out. How long before I can get a mortgage on the property and how much will the bank usually mortgage on the property after appraisal since it is not a primary residence?
