Yes, you can.  I have an Airbnb out of state.  My daughter operates it for me.  I actually made her the host and I am the co-host.  Honestly, we should have done it the other way around.  You can also pay your co-host directly or can set up the payments to pay the co-host a percentage out of every booking.  Airbnb is great is about that and they make it user friendly.  If you stay the host and have someone else the co-host, at the end of the year Airbnb does have to the ability to give you an end of year statement with all the earnings.  It's easier than you think.. Side note your phone will blow up with all the notifications from Airbnb so be prepared for that. 

I am in the process of purchasing my first duplex.  I am having a hard time finding an affordable insurance policy. The prices I am being quoted are outrageously high. Any recommendation for affordable landlord insurance?
