Bryce

Thanks for your feedback. It is very helpful. I am working with a coach and trying to explore some ideas. I really appreciate that you took the time to review my thread. How did you break into the business?

@Mitch Messer - Thank you for your reply and for your feedback. As a new investor, I don't want to get involved in evictions or problem areas. Thanks for your recommendation though.

Hello,

I'm a newcomer to the world of wholesaling and I'm eager to kickstart my journey, even with limited initial funds. To set things in motion, I'm on the lookout for motivated sellers. Could you guide me on the most cost-effective methods for achieving this as a beginner? Additionally, I'm seeking advice on locating potential buyers. What would be the most budget-friendly approach to achieve this goal?

Additionally, I'm eager for guidance on identifying potential buyers. What cost-effective approach would you recommend to achieve this goal?

I would like to establish connections within a community of individuals through informal coffee meetings or virtual Zoom sessions. Could you provide any information about meetups taking place in the NYC area that align with my interests? Your assistance would be invaluable as I take my first steps into this venture. :)

Thanks,

Janet

As a new investor, what I am learning is that you need to build capital and teams to help raise money for deals. Everyone makes it seem so easy. But these are folks who have been in this for decades.

Thank you all for the feedback. Are there any kid-friendly REI meet-up groups that anyone is aware of in NYC? I could always find a sitter is necessary but it would be helpful to know. Thanks so much to everyone on the forum who responded to my questions. Super helpful.

Hello,

What are the best ways to network and meet people in this business? I want to grow a legitimate network. First-time REI.

Thanks,

Janet
