@Michael S.. They are both in 35613.  I have only been listed a week so I am certainly not in panic mode by any means.   I also think I am dealing with August in general.... and as a northerner miscalculated the start of school in my head.  I definitely missed the get in before school crowd

Thanks!   I had a call with them. I am actually sitting in the airport going to close on 2 doors in an area where they are.  I am going to try and remote self manage and see how that goes but if it is tough I may use them for my next purchases.   Good luck to you

@Riley Schaefer. Do you find there are "hidden" costs associated with using Rent to Retirement.  I really like their product but they are a business they deserve to make money.  They are probs getting buy side commission and the property management wondering if there are other costs that I am not thinking about.

I am also looking to invest in the vicinity of Scranton/Wilkes Barre.  I have been running a lot of test cases but have not leapt on anything yet.  It seems to me that if you can find a value add it can happen.   

One of the things I am thinking about is the solvency of the University of Scranton.  I am an alum, so I am of course biased, BUT it is a big driver there.  Anyone have any insight on how to investigate something like that?

Further....  what is your feeling on % appreciation going forward for both rent and price.   I am doing math and think the % I am getting are too high....
