Sounds like you may be in the heart of Atlanta, or at least very close to it.  I am also in Atlanta and would recommend a MTR situation. The contract healthcare providers are always looking for some great MTR options close to work but also close enough to good eats, MARTA etc.

I'm struggling with identifying a licensed general contractor that is licensed in the state of Georgia. I'm under contract for a property in West Atlanta that is presently a 1 bed 2 bathroom home that i would like to convert to a 3/2. There's also an ADU on the property! I need to do a conventional + reno loan and need a solid referral for a great contractor.
