Hi , I'm new to this site but have been working as an RE agent for over 13 yrs. I am working exclusively with a client getting into flipping and I am really learning a lot about this side of the business not just to assist my client but for my future in investing as well. My question is regarding the analyzing deal calculators. If I use the fix & flip deal analyzer, the $ are drastically different than if I use the Quick 70% calculator? Anybody else have this issue? Maybe I am doing something wrong?
