Does anyone have a recommendation on a contractor to install egress windows? We are looking to install several in a few properties on the west side of Cleveland. Any recommendations would be appreciated!!

Does anyone have a reputable tax accountant who is particularly knowledgeable with real estate? We now have four investment properties in the Cle area, and I want to make sure we're maximizing things tax-wise. 

We live on the west side of Cleveland, but I suppose things could be done virtually and the accountant could be located anywhere. Thanks in advance!
