Hi Andria! I am also in Richmond and looking to start out in RE investment. I currently work for a commercial appraisal company where we specialize in multifamily properties. I also got my RE license in January. I am hoping my work experience and license will help me out with investing. I am looking to connect with other locals to chat about RE investing.
