Hi folks, I moving out of Buffalo soon.  Selling my rental portfolio in high demand Amherst, NY. Location are in Amherst near University of Buffalo South Campus.  Near Station 10 huge multi million dollar commercial development zone.  Recently area connects with Buffalo Medical Corridor multi billion dollars project.  NFTA metro expansion route and near many other commercial and retail zones.  Properties generating $25,000 & $30,000 gross annual income.    Wondering best way to to list these properties to get investors ?  Any ideas please share.
