Basically my partner and I are 17 years old as of right now & We have desired dreams of becoming full time Investors. We both turn 18 in a couple of months and want to HOUSE HACK a Duplex or Triplex and share a unit together. We are both working part times wholesaling, bird-dogging and plan to attend community college together this fall to major business. How do we properly do this ??? Any step by step suggestions or... I can also take any financial advice regarding on how to fund this correctly with him . Anything helps, please respond !!!

Hey how’s it going everyone, I was recently told that a great investment was Solar Farming... now do I have to buy the LAND and THE PANELS ???

Cause I just thought that it would work by me buying 2.5 acres of land in Arizona and finding a solar farming company or someone to rent my land for Solar Farming... how does it work I’m so confused LOL ... and can you really make up to $50,000 a month by solar farming ?

Wow that’s amazing sir, thank you so much for responding, but unfortunately my parents & older cousins/family members don’t want to help me at all. I’m not really getting a lot of support, because they don’t think that I’ll be successful in real estate investing. If only the knew the ambition and excitement I have for this field. This is my DREAM, and I know my worth and I know I have what it takes.

I might just have to keep studying, networking and wholesaling until I’m 18.

Thanks a lot for responding sir, I will soak in everything you said and use it for the rest of my life. You sir... just gave me some great knowledge and that brings power, & yes I’ve found a local investor that is now my mentor but I feel like seeking for more guidance helps even more.. the more you learn the more you know.
