I would go with the duo. For my Airbnb, we offer a Keurig (BYO pods), a traditional drip coffee maker, french press, coffee grinder ($10 on amazon and does not require any cleaning/maintenance) and ground coffee and whole coffee beans. I buy bulk coffee at Costco and put it in glass jars for a better presentation and my cleaner refills it as needed. If you want to go above and beyond, you might check competition in the area to see if they have a full coffee bar set up with tea and syrups. 

I am a bit of a coffee snob, so I highly recommend a french press with freshly ground coffee. If that is not available, the next best option is a traditional drip coffee maker.

Hi there! Where is everyone purchasing bulk sheets/linens and towels? Are there any specific wholesalers you have used? 

I am about to close on my first STR in Crystal Beach, Texas that has 10 beds of various sizes. I am looking to buy everything in triplicate and would prefer to buy higher quality than Amazon. I have seen Costco referenced for towels, but no specific brand. Also taking any recommendations on quality quilts and comforters!

You can do a play on your last name and do Gam-z Inn. Pronounced "Games" and you can offer a bunch of board games in the common room. Or Lavender Inn and have a signature lavender lemonade or something small/fun that is inspired by the name!
