@Ola Dantis  Awesome to hear reading is a big hobby of yours - it's starting to become one of mine too lol.

I am adding that book to my list - it sounds like a powerful read that will offer great perspective!!

thank you for the recommendation(:

@Seth Hochberg I need to get my hands on Slight Edge , I've heard so many great reviews about it! I appreciate you going in depth with how these books have impacted you and changed your perspective - I am right there with you on "It's also helpful to remind myself that luxury is not the end-goal". Yes financial freedom is a major goal but the end goal for me it's all about living a life of influence while becoming the very best version of myself through the daily habits I put into place.

Thanks for the recommendation on the Mr. Money Mustache blog, I plan to check it out tonight!

@Michael Orlando I haven’t heard of the first - I’ll check it out.

I’ve heard atomic habits is great though!!

Whether it be REI, Personal development, leadership, mindset, etc. - what book has impacted you in a major way and why? Looking to add some recommendations to my reading list!

@Jacques Ikolo great advice! Thank you for the explanation and perspective given. I'll definitely take a look at those two books as well. Appreciate the help (:

@Anthony Fontana Hi Anothony - that's awesome. Congrats on the jump start success into your career! I work in the Dunwoody area and even though I've only been in ATL for 6 months, I've already seen how crazy the traffic can be to work. So I'm interested in the cities right around Dunwoody. Just wanted to see if you have any recommendations of investor friendly agents who would be willing to help find the perfect Duplex? From what I've gathered that is currently the next step I need to take in this process. If you know of anyone, recommendations would be greatly appreciated! (:

@Jacques Ikolo Hi Jacques, it’s nice to meet a fellow Niner Alum! It doesn’t get much better than Charlotte. Thanks for reaching out. I love the idea of house hacking. My lease, for the house I’m currently in runs out in May, and I know that will be here before I know it. If I do however decide to go the house hacking route, do you have any advice on how to get started?

@Demarcus Crump Thank you so much for your help and time. I will definitely reach out!

@Demarcus Crump I will check it out! I'm currently very happy where I am at with work, but I am looking to diversify my income streams and generate passive income through Real Estate Investing. I turn 23 next year and the program I am involved in now prepares you to become an owner/operator of a Chick-fil-A franchise. I end this program in 2022 and then will move onto the next steps. With that being said a lot of my time and dedication will revolve around Chick-fil-A, but I want to start building a small portfolio of properties on the side through the duration of this program. I'm passionate about wanting to get involved in this space and get my foot in the door. I'm looking at it more as a side hustle with where I currently am at in my business career.

Hi @Demarcus Crump , I have not! Do you recommend it? I've watched a few of the Bigger Pockets Youtube videos on the "BRRRR method", I found it to be very interesting!

I'd love to hear if you think this would be a good route for someone who has a full time job - would it be manageable to do both? I'm aware no matter which route I go with REI, that it will be hard work. Would love to hear your opinion.
