My husband is in the military and we plan to rent out our house in Yuma, AZ when we move to California this summer. This will be our first time renting out our home, and first time managing a rental. I see that we have to register the house as a rental property with the county assessor, and designate an in state statutory agent, since we will be living out of state. Any advice on selecting a statutory agent? Is there anything else we have to do in order to rent out our home?
