Hey everyone,

How do you find contractors to complete commercial real estate repairs (e.g., repaving a parking lot). Is there a convenient angieslist list equivalent for this?

Thanks for your input!

@Andrew Powers Thanks for the response! I will give that a shot.

Do you think the time of year is a factor in a state like FL with warmer weather?

Hello everyone,

I will be doing my first house hack with a SFH 4 bed, 2 bath starting on Feb 1. If anyone has any experience in this area and would like to provide some advice it would be appreciated!

My primary question right now is - How do I determine how much to charge for rent?

I am currently thinking about this in the following way - I was thinking about charging $400-500 less than prices for 1-1 apartments in the area, to account for the inconvenience of sharing a living space and bathroom. This would be about 800,900 per room.

To provide a little more context - its a 360k, 2,100 sq ft house in Bradenton, Florida in a nice neighborhood/area.

Thanks in advance!
