@Dustin Verley thank you because I was wondering if there were loans that also covered repairs. Im just starting out so I've just been researching the different loans available and hadn't come across that one yet. I'm going to have to do my research on the FHA 203k loan and let you know what information I find.

@Latavia Banks How much did you have to save for your first investment? I see you’re in Nashville, what area are you looking into. I was thinking about house hacking because I already pay someone rent so why not by a duplex or triplex and let someone else pay me!
