@Michael Wentzel Good advice! I will start reaching out to realtors and property managers in my area. Do you have any further advice on narrowing down realtors/ property managers, questions to ask them to further insure I chose wiselly on who I move forward working with? Some tips on how you made your decisions? Thanks again! 

Thanks! @Justin Polston I appreciate it! To be honest I am unsure at this time. Trying to gather as much knowledge as I can as well as network with current investors in the area before narrowing down a target market. Anderson, Fort Wayne and marion county do interest me though.
