 I do think the house hacking method will be the best method for me considering I will not be starting off with the biggest down payment. My biggest goal for this year is just to get into the game of real estate

Okay yes are you referring to FHA loan? If I do this method all I have to do is put 3.5% down right? Yes I will reach out to @Andrew postell. My #1 goal is just get into the game of real state and just get started. Either if that is finding a partner, or house hack method.

Thanks for the feedback Kyle! What I am looking to do in real esate is long term. I want to start house hacking maybe with a single family home or duplex. Currently I am saving up for the down payment 20% to put down on the houses, I am fearful to take out a loan instead of just saving up the money myself. 

any help is accepted
