aldo, at this point I am just being patient and slowly build the business credit from scratch. it would of been nice if I could figure out a way to do it much quicker. I know it's out there but I haven't come across it yet. so hopefully in a year or two i'll at least have credit building. let me know how things work out for you.

hi Curtis, yeah it seems like everyone has the same advice. at least it's consistent. but I am also wondering if anybody knows anybody that has paid a 3rd party company to help do this. how much and how did it work out?

hi brad, I'm want to get an unsecure line with as high a limit as I possibly can and as many. ultimately I want to use this to finance real estate purchases either the whole amount, or the required 20-25% down with the remaining amount as a private loan, also to do fixing for flipping & whatever else comes up. so I'm excited but everything is not as easy as it seems. it takes a lot of time looking and searching. at least right now in the beginning.

hi brad, basically I had my llc setup earlier this month to start doing my real estate within this entity. I'll definitely check out some local community banks. thanks!

hi david, i'll look into the net-30 accounts. I created this llc for protection and to do things the right way. I don't want any real estate tied to me. also some lenders will only lend to entities. thanks for the $0.02 8)

thanks jay! really appreciate you taking the time posting to this thread. yeah it seems not so easy. I've spent numerous hours reading and searching. there are companies out there that charge for them to help with the unsecure lines of credit. I'm not sure if it's business credit cards that they apply to but there is a difference. I don't know, I guess, well I know it can be done. I just got to figure it out. cause that's some major leverage for us real estate investors for sure. thanks again for responding and let's just see how this thread develops.

hi! does anybody have any info to guide me on obtaining an unsecure business line of credit for my llc entity? any recommended lenders, affiliates, programs/education, websites, etc... etc... I've read up quite a bit but still searching. what I've found is you need a entity setup and your personal credit has to be a fico score of 700 and above or have a cosigner. the thing is I'm not so sure of the companies I've read up on. if their legit or not and the fees associated. any referrals or recommendations is greatly appreciated. i'm sure any info shared here will help other people as well. thanks!
