Hello BP Fam!

Bigger Pockets has so many amazing books on REI but I don't see anything on CRE specifically. What are some good go-to books for Commercial Real Estate investing?

Thanks so much!

Hey there, thanks for checking this out! I'm new to REI and wanting to house hack. I'm looking to meet real estate agents, lenders and contractors in St. Louis. Any recommendations would be much appreciated, thanks so much!

@Nathan Murith, thanks so much! I own an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company, Phoenix Solutions. We're a social enterprise that provides end of life computer recycling and data destruction services. The investment opportunity is in Colorado but I may get into some buy and hold on single family here in STL at some point. With the spread sheet I'm just looking for basic expenses, upfront costs, cash on cash return, etc. I could dig around and figure it out but just thought to ask here first and run with a proven template that's worked for others.
