I already feel more than welcomed and I appreciate the words of encouragement. The podcast already had me more than pumped about joining and I'm excited  to connect with everyone. 

Hello Bigger Pockets Family, I am fairly new to real estate investing and after listening to this podcast I wanted to connect with more like-minded individuals in the group. I have been listening to the podcast for a few months now, as well as others, and I love everything about it. I love all the information and how it helps further my knowledge of real estate investing and it has furthered my dreams of getting into everything that investing in real estate has to offer. To that end, I am working on getting into my first house hacking venture. I am working my way at wholesaling and with a mentor attempting to get a business started out of it. It’s taking a little time and I have had some leads that have not quite worked out, but I have gained some valuable knowledge along the way. I will stay consistent until my goals are achieved. I know I could learn a lot from this group, so I plan to stay as active as I can. With that said, I am honored to be among some great minds and I hope to gain as much knowledge that is offered, as well as, hopefully bringing back that same value. I hope everyone has a great day and thank you for the opportunity.
