Hi there!

I am James Tankou, resident of Austin, TX.

 I am interesting in the real estate business, especially in how to flip houses with no money down. I was recently laid off and I started to go over the things that I always wanted to do beside the oilfield and flipping houses was one of them. I was then advised (by talking to some people) to check this website that they think might be helpful for a beginner like me, and here I am. I hope to learn from the best, as I am looking forward to making this a full time job.
