Is it advantageous to create LLCs to perform “normal duties”? Examples- Property maintenance, cleaning, remodeling, etc.

$120,000. Hopefully getting the next two for $265,000. So $385,000 total.  Adding as we go. Would it be worth it once the total value of multiple properties is over $500,000? Or by chance sooner because there are multiple properties?

A condotel is a unit(condo) in resort/hotel style setting.  We own just one unit(1BR 1BA oceanfront)on the resort, and are pressing for two more currently.  Would it still be beneficial for us to do a cost segregation?

@Paul Caputo Thank you for the expertise!  Could you give please me your thoughts on doing a cost segregation for an oceanfront “condotel” in resort? The resort has many amenities (6 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, water park, etc.) on a big plot of land(33 acres).
