Hi,

I am looking to buy the mix-used triplex in Oakland, one 3 bed 1 bath, one 1 bed 1 bath, and an office. My broker said it needs an owner-occupied or a business occupied to get a loan. Any advice for the alternatives?

Hi Akshat, Just wondering if you did the AUD in Emeryville finally. I have a small SFG in Emeryville and it is potentially be able to covert the downstairs to AUD unit.

Dear All,

Thank you so much for the information here. I am very new to BP, sorry for the delay response here.

@J Martin, I am also interested in your REI Event. I will discuss with my wife if both of us can join.

Hi all,

I have a rental property in Emeryville, CA and have been renting out on airBNB for about 3 months now. The city starts talking about limiting the number of day on airBNB per year. The unit is furnished, I was thinking of getting the corporate rental, 30+ days or more but not long term rental.

Has anyone in SF Bay Area experience renting out for corporate?

thank you!
