I just installed a schlage code deadbolt to replace a budget lock from Menards that failed after one year. The Schlage was heavier (has to be a good indicator) and from an engineering perspective, the electronics engage a cam that lets the user operate the deadbolt, rather than actually throwing the bolt.  Seems like a way better design.  Also runs on a 9V rather than (4) AA batteries since the motor isn't working nearly as hard.

Don't forget to check with the custodian of your SDIRA. I have a unique situation where my SDIRA is in a partnership with a non-IRA LLC and most lenders weren't interested. Got a couple good leads from the IRA folks (but haven't actually executed a loan yet). There is also an older post, either in Forums or Blog here on BP, with a list.
