ya...I figured as much. The bank wouldn't come off the 385k and had started at 405k. My original bid was 350k. I was pretty comfortable there but they weren't going to foot any fees.  Told the realtor to drop it just a few minutes ago.

How much should a home on a short sale spread be? I have a home uder contract and the home had been vacant for two years, no power, water. Its recoverable but I dont have time or resources to rehab it. Sale value will be 375k. The ARV should be between 425 and 450k. I dont know if this is enough of a comfortable spread for me and I may just find someone to take it off my hands, or drop it. Any suggestions?
