Just looking for some opinions/advice. I have a 2 bedroom condo in waterbury, ct I rent out for 1200/month (just south of 600/month profit after mortage/hoa/taxes/insurance). I owe 30k on it. I can sell it right now for somewhere around 120k. Do I hold onto it or sell it and put profits towards a better producing property?

@Ilya Polyakov

I believe the real estate market would be affected if he got impeached because president trump created and continues to create a plethora of jobs. If he were not in office, that might come to a halt, unless of course the person who takes over continues the trend. With the lack of jobs the market would plateau and eventually dip. Meaning the prices of houses would fall. Aka an investors market.

I’m looking into trying the Brrrr method in Connecticut. I’m brand new to this and looking to buy my first property. Has anyone done so in ct, and if so, advice on where?
