Me and a friend (he currently does this with his parents but is looking to transition into a bigger role on his own since they aren't wanting to expand any further) are looking for creative ways to pull this off.  I know in this area housing is become a scarcity.  Heck I can barely find some of my buyers places for several months.

Hi not new to bigger pockets (been here a couple months) but this is my first post. I've been doing a ton of research and have decided to jump. Looking for multi family buy and holds to house hack.  I'm a newer (first year) REALTOR so starting a business on that end will involve me getting some creative financing setups.
