@Theresa Harris would be better that way. If it goes south, her credit won’t take a hit and she can learn all the same lessons. Then she can learn how to purchase after she’s run it for a while and everyone’s sure she wants it.

@Stephen Spearman go with science. Coordinate times. It takes a few hours for the virus to die on surfaces. That should leave a couple hours in the middle of a work day if tenant is going to work.
