I am on the tail end of two flips in Winnipeg, and now I am having a little difficulty acquiring a deal. Any one in Winnipeg looking to wholesale a deal?

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Winnipeg.

Purchase price: $147,000
Cash invested: $1
Sale price: $235,000

My first flip. I put $0 down on this property. I had an investor fund 20% down and blended the rehab budget with the mortgage (purchase plus).
