Hi my name is James and I'm 23 fresh out of college. I am very new to the real estate game. Just discovered biggerpockets and am amazed with all the info, been listening to the podcasts. Anyway just looking to get my feet wet and thinking multi family rentals will be the path I start on. I'm in CT and looking for like minded people to help each other grow and maybe do business together.
