Paid full list price with a 0% down VA loan. Seller covered alllll $10k of closing costs! Very stoked!! If anyone knows of a veteran who would like to hear about my experience with the VA loan, I'd love to be a resource for them.

Hi All! I'm going to be buying my first home and I want to house hack the bedrooms. It's in Tallahassee Florida, and my ROTC buddies are stoked to move in. I have no experience with contracts. Does anyone have a good tip or resources that they can recommend??

Would really appreciate it. :)
