For this area what’s about the average per square on rooftops. Had my first quote today, with its total and everything combined, I got quoted around $420 a square for a 1200 sq ft roof. Seems alright but when I’m being told down in the south where I’m from that they’re averaging around $250-$300. Kind of a difference, if it’s just the way of the market here that’s fine I’ll know better when I do my next roof and have a better estimate. Btw the property is down in Charleroi.

Y’all ever move forward with your meet up idea? I’d like to hear from more in the area as well. I close on my first purchase on Thursday and love to bounce some ideas off others.

Was just wondering on others opinion or experience down here vs closer to the city or more north. I live in Washington county and prefer the idea of starting off closer to me for more control but did not know if the success rate or profit would be worth it.
